G-Spot Amplification

G-Spot Amplification  is an injection delivered to the “G-Spot” (Anterior Vaginal Wall) region to increase sexual arousal and heighten orgasms.

The so-called “G-spot“ refers to a spot in the vagina that is very responsive to sexual stimulation. The procedure of Autologous fat transfer to the vagina is carried out either under local anesthesia or twilight sedation, according to the patient’s wish. This happens by injecting autologous fat tissue or hyaluronic acid as a filler.

  • Enhancement of sexual experience.

Labiaplasty Majora

Labiaplasty Majora is the surgical rejuvenation of the outer lips of the vagina, or the labia majora, to bring about labia majora that are aesthetically reshaped, reduced in size, or both.

Labiaplasty, also known as vaginal rejuvenation surgery, is for women who are self-conscious about their labia majora. They avoid wearing tight pants or cannot fully enjoy sex with their partners, or have labia majora that are so large or irregular that they cause discomfort or pain. The Labiaplasty Majora is an excellent answer.

A labiaplasty majora is not appropriate for women who:

  • Are pregnant
  • Are menstruating (to minimize post-op infections)
  • Have had any complications from an episiotomy
  • Currently have a herpes outbreak
  • Currently have a yeast infection
  • Have had any problems with urinary incontinence
  • Have a uterus that has prolapsed (collapsed into the vaginal canal)

External vaginal rejuvenation surgery- or as it is technically known, “labiaplasty”- has been gaining more and more popularity with each passing year, but the techniques with which to bring about more efficient surgeries as well as recoveries have evolved to the point the risks associated with vaginal rejuvenation procedures are now very minimal, with patient satisfaction levels higher than ever.

What to expect during a Labiaplasty Majora procedure?

The typical labiaplasty majora procedure is performed on an out-patient basis using local anesthesia, though general anesthesia may be used if needed.

In cases where the labia majora are simply too large, creating a bulging appearance of the vaginal region (an appearance which has come to be popularly known as the “camel toe”), liposuction will likely be performed, with surgical excision of any excess pubic skin being performed as necessary.

In cases where the labia majora are too wrinkly and saggy, tightening of the labia majora skin may be required. However, tightening of the skin will not solve the issue of loss of skin volume, which involves the use of fat injections- created from fat taken from other areas of the body- to give the labia majora the youthful, plump appearance that it once had.

The exact techniques and procedures used during a labiaplasty majora surgery will differ from patient to patient. The methods and procedures used will be predetermined by the surgeon after careful pre-op consultation with the patient as to what her labia majora issues are and the results that she is expecting.

Labiaplasty Minora

The labiaplasty minora is a surgical procedure that is capable of reducing and reshaping the physical characteristics of a patient’s labia minora, for cosmetic or medical reasons.

What Is Labiaplasty Minora?

The labiaplasty minora is a surgical procedure reducing and reshaping the physical characteristics of a patient’s labia minora, for cosmetic or medical reasons. The labia minora can be surgically reduced in size and made more symmetrical, ultimately working towards creating labia minora that is to the patient’s liking. One of the principal goals of labiaplasty minora is to excise excess labia minora tissue that extends past the labia minora, the “outer lips” of the vagina.

If you feel self-conscious about your labia minora or have labia minora that are causing you discomfort or pain and are in good health, then you are likely a right candidate for labiaplasty minora. Although having labia minora that is larger or more irregularly-shaped than the average woman is quite natural, if your labia minora is preventing you from living life in the fullest in one way or another, the labiaplasty minora procedure will likely be able to help, but determining whether or not labiaplasty minora is right for you can only be done after a thorough discussion with your surgeon.

Labiaplasty minora is not recommended for women who are:

  • Pregnant
  • Currently menstruating (in order to reduce the risk of surgical infections)
  • Have had complications from an episiotomy
  • Currently experiencing a herpes outbreak or have an active yeast infection
  • Have a prolapsed uterus

What to expect during Labiaplasty Minora recovery?

Almost all labiaplasty minora procedures are performed on an out-patient basis, meaning patients can return home the same day as their procedures. Although patients can expect to experience some swelling and discomfort, both should mostly subside within five days. The surgeon will prescribe antibiotics- to prevent the development of post-op infections- and painkillers as necessary.

Recovery from labiaplasty minora procedures are known to be relatively speedy and without complications, with most patients feeling well enough to return to work and their regular routines within a week of the procedure, with some patients feeling well enough to return to work in as little as three days.

Vaginal Rejuvenation?

Vaginal rejuvenation procedures tighten the skin and the vaginal tissue beneath the skin. This process can help boost sexual desire and function.

Vaginal rejuvenation makes it possible to restore the vaginal area, both inner and outer. The type of procedures needed can vary, patient to patient, as each person is living with a unique situation, whether cosmetic or function or both.

  • Boost self-confidence.
  • Relieve discomfort
  • Vaginal tightening
  • Improved sexual pleasure
  • Can treat symptoms and conditions related to menopause, sexual function, and urinary incontinence

The procedure is completed to strengthen the structure of the vaginal wall and to tighten the vaginal opening. Women lose sensation in their vagina for numerous reasons. Multiple childbirths, hormonal issues, rapid weight gain/ loss, and age can affect the elasticity of the vagina.

Begin the process with an initial consultation with Dr. Milroy Samuel. You will have a chance to talk about your goals and expectations about the Vaginal rejuvenation procedure with the doctor and clear any doubts you may have.

Vaginoplasty

Vaginoplasty describes a surgery that is capable of permanently “tightening up” the vagina—designed to strengthen and enhance the vulva-vaginal body structures.

The appearance and function of the vagina is a personal topic.  It involves many intimate details.  Recent and growing social acceptance of surgery and other avenues of beautification has allowed women to be more comfortable and open about any medical- as well as cosmetic- issues about their bodies, even when it comes to their vaginas. Vaginal rejuvenation procedures are being sought after in higher numbers than ever before. One of the most popular vaginal rejuvenation procedures is “Vaginoplasty.”

Vaginoplasty is commonly referred to as “vaginal rejuvenation” when performed in conjunction with labiaplasty, which is a surgery that addresses reconstructive and cosmetic issues of the labia minora and the labia majora.

Vaginoplasty is not recommended for women who:

  • Are pregnant or have just given birth
  • Are planning on vaginally giving birth to more children
  • Have bleeding/clotting issues or conditions
  • Have had adverse reactions to anesthesia

Women should keep in mind that Vaginoplasty cannot cure or solve sexual dysfunction issues- it is a cosmetic procedure that cannot address any underlying physiological or psychological problems.

During the typical vaginoplasty procedure, any excess lining on the vaginal wall will be removed, and the tissues and muscles of the vaginal wall, as well as the perineum, will be reconstructed in such a way that the vagina is made tighter and smaller diameter-wise. The pelvic floor will likely be strengthened as well to enhance tightness even further.

The majority of vaginoplasty procedures will be performed using sedation and general anesthesia, with most procedures being completed in about an hour to an hour and a half.

Some women may not find a slight loosening or weakening of the vagina muscles something to be concerned about, some women find it disconcerting that their loosened or weakened vaginal muscles have resulted in sex that is not as satisfying as before, due to a decrease in friction and strength and control with contractions during orgasms.

Similar effects to the vagina occur through the natural, unavoidable process of aging. When people age, their skin will lose its elasticity, and their muscles will lose their tone and strength. Women and their vaginas are not immune to this process: as women age, their vaginal tissues and muscles will become looser and weaker to varying degrees from woman to woman.

The Vaginoplasty addresses both the looseness and weakening of vagina tissue and muscles brought on by pregnancy and aging. It can help give women higher levels of self-confidence and self-esteem as well as help her and her partner achieve greater satisfaction from sexual experiences and intercourse.
